Marina:

Building Consist of

Marina: The intent of the Marina is to offer the general public amenities suggested. Current Market studies indicate a strong growth for Horry County and the NMB Area. Currently Dry dock storage is limited to NMB Marina and Cricket Cove Marina. Both Dry Dock Marinas are at full capacity. Dry Dock Slips rent from $9.00 per ft to $15.00 per ft without supplying suggested amenities. Currently, Boat Service related businesses are unavailable on the Waterway and Marina service centers which provide services are currently over booked suggesting high demand. Avg. rent per slip $350.00 per month. $200.00 - $650.00 per month.

      Boat Slips will be sold to the general public and investors who wish to take advantage of rental income and waterway amenities provided. Dry slips will be sold for $40,000.00 per slip. 160 of the 480 Slips will be sold. The investors purchasing units will share in the Marina income generated along with ownership interest until slips and interest are sold as per LLC Agreement.

 

Condominium:

  1. 160 phase 1 - 480 1-2 and 3 bedroom condominiums
  2. Sq Ft – 1000 – 1600
  3. Special 4 bedroom Penthouse water front units with private roof top amenities
